Disconnect all electrical power to equipment.
Relocate mixers into new positions.
Replace damaged v-Belt to one mixer.
Remove Mix Tank from area, move to rear of site.
Clean work site of debris.
Install safety railing to work platform.
Connect electrical cabling and test equipment.
Tank Removal
Hand railings installed.
Temporarily welded in place to keep the workplace safe and compliant.
Bends were sourced to complete the job.
Railings were painted yellow once all welds were completed.
Area was cleaned prior to end of day.
Work permits all signed off at the end of the day.
